FIMA is a Phyto-ecological Database and Exploration system for “ Flora “ in the region of Maamora, Saida, Algeria. FIMA is an outcome of research projects at the Dept. of Biology, University of Saida.
"فيما" أو FIMA هي قاعدة-بيانات جديدة بقسم البيولوجيا، جامعة سعيدة، تشمل الغطاء النباتي البيئي Phyto-ecological وهي كذلك نظام تنقيب وبحث رقمي عن المخزون النباتي في منطقة المعمورة، سعيدة، الجزائر.

FIMA project annotates and integrates flora data and information in terms of, but not limited to, aspects such as the Taxonomy of the floral species, Types, Properties, Abundance, Sociability, Exposition, Location (GPS) and landscape Topology (Slope, Altitude, Surface) of zones where the flora is found in the area of Maamora.
المشروع FIMA يوثق، يسجل ويدمج البيانات والمعلومات حول الغطاء النباتي في منطقة المعمورة من حيث، و لا يقتصر على، الجوانب مثل تصنيف الأنواع والأجناس النباتية، خصائصها، الوفرة، المؤانسة، التعرض للشمس، الموقع الجغرافي (GPS) والطوبولوجيا المتواجد فيها (المنحدر، الإرتفاع، المساحة) للمناطق التي وجدت عليها الغطاء النباتي ..
Amongst the updates performed for the FIMA-v.2, the following two sides:
من بين أهم التحديثات لقاعدة البيانات "فيما"-2 الجوانب التالية:
[1]. '#On Map' exploration of the flora stations annotated in the database. This enables users to mouse-click on Saida-Maamora image-map to explore data about the stations and related plants; See images 4 to 6.
- الخاصية '#On Map' تمكن من البحث "بالنقر_على_الخريطة" عن محطات التوثيق المعتمدة في المشروع و النباتات المسجلة فيها؛ أنظر الصور المرقمة من 4 إلى 6.
[2]. Integration of important added-value aspects and knowledge related to:
🖙 'protein sequences',
🖙 'DNA / RNA sequences',
🖙 'genomes',
🖙 'genes',
🖙 '3D structures',
🖙 'drugs/medicines' and
🖙 'Research papers'
that is whenever available for all plant/flora database entries;

هذا كل ما أمكن توفيرها لجميع النباتات موضوع قاعدة-البيانات.
هذه الباينات المدمجة من شأنها المساهمة كذلك في إكتشاف الأنماط المتميزة وإبراز أهميتها و توسيع دائرة البحث والإكتشاف على أساسها.
